This initiative is a six-month journey designed to equip the next generation of female leaders with the skills, mentorship, and industry connections needed to thrive in South Africa’s rapidly evolving green economy.

The T4G project aims to accelerate gender inclusion within the sustainability and renewable energy sectors. As a participant, you will engage in a hybrid learning model that combines virtual expertise with high-impact, in-person networking.

Industry Connection: Attend exclusive "Industry Connect" sessions in Johannesburg and Cape Town to meet potential employers and recruitment panels.
Career Readiness: Receive mentorship and career guidance to ensure a successful transition from university to the professional workforce.
Programme Details:
Duration: 6 Months (March – August 2026)
Format: 6 Virtual Modules + 1 In-person Industry Connect Session
Location: National (South Africa)
Target Audience: female engineering students (ages 18-35) from Universities and Universities of Technology.
